TARIFF FEE ON WOOD & IRON PRODUCTS
Dear Valued Customer,
We truly appreciate your continued support and trust in Robert James Collection as your premier source for custom high-end furniture. As you may be aware, the U.S. government has recently implemented a 30% tariff on furniture imports from Mexico, which directly impacts our production costs.
At Robert James Collection we own and operate 2 factories in Mexico where we manufacture the raw wood and iron components of our furniture. While we are committed to absorbing as much of this increased cost as possible, we find it necessary to implement a temporary 7% "Tariff Fee" on all new orders on wood and iron products effective August 1st, 2025.
This tariff fee does not apply to Cast Stone Products as they are manufactured in our San Diego facility and are not subject to tariff import fees. If the tariff import fees are reduced or dropped prior to your order leaving our Mexico facility, we will adjust or remove the tariff fee accordingly.
We understand that price adjustments can be challenging, and we remain dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship you have come to expect from us. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support.
Best regards,
Robert James Collection
